BK 999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Introduction

Welcome to BK 999 (bk999.cash). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and BK 999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all products and services provided by BK 999, including sports betting, casino games, esports betting, virtual sports, and any other products made available on the platform now or in the future.

By registering an account on BK 999, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the BK 999 platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the BK 999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and BK 999. Where these Terms refer to specific product rules — such as individual sports betting rules or bonus terms — those additional rules also apply to your use of those products.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use BK 999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BK 999 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as a private individual and not on behalf of a business or other legal entity.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering your account. False information — including false names, dates of birth, or contact details — will result in account suspension.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of BK 999 or any associated company.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on BK 999 or any other gambling platform that would restrict your ability to gamble.

BK 999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time — including during registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or if suspicious activity is detected on an account. Standard documents accepted for verification include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo ID. Proof of address and payment method verification may also be required.

3. Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one BK 999 account only. Creating duplicate accounts — whether in your own name or using different personal details — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and any balances or winnings being forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your BK 999 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. BK 999 will not be responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep login details secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact BK 999 support immediately. We will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account while the investigation is underway.

Account currency on BK 999 is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. BK 999 does not maintain accounts in foreign currencies.

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months (no login, no deposit, no bet) may be subject to an inactivity review. BK 999 will attempt to contact you via your registered email before taking any action on an inactive account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

BK 999 accepts deposits in PKR via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. Full information on deposit limits, processing times, and available methods is available on the Deposit and Withdrawal page.

All deposits must be made from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a different person — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being returned and the account being reviewed.

Withdrawals at BK 999 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposit. BK 999 applies a "return to source" policy for withdrawals to prevent money laundering. If a deposit was made via Easypaisa, the withdrawal will be returned to the same Easypaisa account.

Before processing a first withdrawal, BK 999 may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedure and is not a reflection of any specific concern about your account. Once verification is complete, withdrawals are processed within the timeframes stated on the Deposit and Withdrawal page.

BK 999 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Unusually large or frequent withdrawals may trigger additional verification requirements as part of our AML compliance obligations.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on BK 999 are subject to the platform's sports betting rules, which are available in full within the relevant sports section of the platform. These general Terms apply to all bets, and the sport-specific rules apply in addition where relevant.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by BK 999, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where the Cash Out feature is available and the player exercises it before the relevant event concludes.

BK 999 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on a market where a palpable error in the odds was made by BK 999 (e.g., clearly incorrect pricing due to a technical fault).
• The relevant event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and does not meet the minimum completion threshold set in the sport-specific rules.
• BK 999 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in breach of these Terms, including collusion, match manipulation, or misuse of software tools.
• The bet was placed after the event had already started in a market that was not designated as an in-play market.

Maximum bet limits apply across all markets. BK 999 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, including for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified. This is a standard risk-management practice across all betting platforms.

Winnings from settled bets are credited to your BK 999 wallet in PKR and are immediately available for further betting or withdrawal, subject to any applicable wagering requirements if the winning bet was placed using bonus funds.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

BK 999 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time the promotion is active.

General bonus rules that apply across all BK 999 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The multiplier varies by promotion and is clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligible markets: Not all betting markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Some markets may be excluded. Check the specific promotion terms.
• One bonus per player: Players may not claim the same promotion multiple times. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once is a violation of these Terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds or free bets that expire are forfeited without compensation.
• BK 999 discretion: BK 999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where possible, reasonable notice will be given.

7. VIP Club

The BK 999 VIP Club offers tiered loyalty benefits to regular players. Membership is earned through accumulated play and is not available for purchase. VIP tier, associated benefits, and point accumulation rules are governed by the VIP Club terms published on the VIP Club page.

BK 999 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, point values, and associated benefits. Players will be notified of significant changes to the VIP Club structure with reasonable notice where practically possible.

VIP benefits — including enhanced cashback, faster withdrawal processing, and dedicated account management — are privileges, not contractual entitlements. BK 999 may withdraw VIP status from any account found to be in violation of these Terms.

8. Responsible Gaming

BK 999 takes responsible gaming seriously and is committed to providing tools that help players manage their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be reduced immediately — increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Set reminders to notify you after a specified amount of time spent logged in.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from BK 999 for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Reality check: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of your current session duration and net win/loss during the session.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BK 999 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one BK 999 account in your name or using different identities
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other point
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage or circumvent the platform's systems
• Participating in any form of match fixing, spot fixing, or collusion with other players or third parties
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in the platform's odds
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or guaranteed profit strategies using BK 999 bonus funds
• Using a VPN or other location-masking technology to misrepresent your location
• Using BK 999 for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity
• Sharing login credentials with other persons or allowing another person to operate your account
• Using BK 999 to facilitate gambling by any person under the age of 18

BK 999 employs a dedicated risk and compliance team that monitors account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, BK 999 will act promptly and without prior notice.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

BK 999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of underage gambling
• Player request (voluntary account closure)
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited. Genuine cash deposits (deposits made from verified personal funds, not bonus credits) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deducting any amounts owed to BK 999 under these Terms.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their BK 999 account should contact support at support@bk999.cash. Any remaining PKR balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method. Accounts under active investigation cannot be closed until the investigation is resolved.

11. Limitation of Liability

BK 999 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside our control may occasionally cause downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BK 999 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform
• Losses arising from technical failures, interruptions, or delays that are outside BK 999's reasonable control
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure
• The outcome of any bet — gambling involves risk and results are inherently uncertain
• Losses arising from your reliance on any content, odds, or information on the platform

Nothing in these Terms limits BK 999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

BK 999's collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on BK 999, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

In summary: BK 999 collects personal data necessary to operate the platform, verify identities, process payments, and comply with legal obligations. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. BK 999 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data in transit.

BK 999 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, legal requirements, or operational policies. When material changes are made, BK 999 will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or a notice on the platform.

The date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated. Your continued use of BK 999 after an update has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
